From aerospace to medical devices, our parts go into systems where reliability and precision are non-negotiable.
Common questions about our capabilities, process, and how to work with us.
We machine a wide range of materials including aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4 PH), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), brass, copper, carbon steel, alloy steel (4140, 4340), tool steels, and engineering plastics such as PEEK, nylon, acetal, and PTFE. For exotics, we also handle Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel on select equipment.
Our standard CNC tolerance is ±0.05 mm (±0.002 in). For high-precision work, we hold down to ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) on milling and turning operations. All critical dimensions are verified with CMM inspection and documented in your certificate of conformance.
Standard lead time ranges from 7 to 15 business days depending on part complexity, material availability, and quantity. Prototype runs of 1–50 pieces typically ship in 5–10 days. Expedited service is available — contact us with your deadline.
Absolutely. In-house finishing includes clear and hard anodizing (Type II & III), bead blasting, powder coating, electropolishing, passivation, nickel plating, zinc plating, and custom painting. We match MIL-SPEC, ASTM, and customer-specific standards.
