We machine billet brake calipers (6061-T6 or 7075-T6), master cylinder bodies, clutch baskets, and pedal assemblies. All brake components are pressure-tested to 2000 PSI before shipping. Internal bore finishes meet or exceed OEM specifications with documented inspection.

What about custom brackets and mounts for race cars?

We machine custom brackets, mounts, and adapter plates from aluminum, steel, and titanium. Whether it's a spoiler bracket, fuse box mount, intercooler bracket, or ECU mounting plate, we work from your CAD or sample part. Most brackets can be turned around in 3-5 working days.

Do you offer weight reduction machining on existing parts?

Yes — pocketing and weight reduction is a common service. We machine material removal profiles on non-structural areas, leaving ribs and gussets for stiffness. Weight reduction is typically 20-40% depending on the part geometry. We advise on structural integrity and can provide FEA-validated designs if needed.

What inspection documentation is provided with motorsports parts?

Every motorsports part ships with dimensional inspection reports for all critical features.
