Do you sign NDAs or keep my drawings confidential?
Yes. All customer drawings, files and IP stay confidential under NDA on request. We never share or reuse your designs.
How are parts packaged for shipment?
Parts are individually protected and packed per your spec — foam inserts, export cartons, ESD bags for electronics and moisture barrier where needed. Packaging photos available on request.
Do you offer better pricing on repeat orders?
Yes. Once tooling and processes are established, repeat orders get faster lead times and volume-based pricing.
Can you handle rush orders?
Yes. We reserve capacity for rush prototypes and urgent repairs — 24-48h turnaround is possible on simple parts.
